If you have COVID-19 symptoms you must go to a COVID-19 assessment center.
If you are unsure if you are eligible for testing at a pharmacy, please submit this form and a pharmacist will contact you shortly.
Please register each person separately if they require a separate appointment time.
Registration Information
**FOR TRAVEL PURPOSES ONLY**
Our pharmacy offers three types of testing:
1. RT-PCR Testing – Results in 24-48 hours – $100 + HST
2. Rapid Antigen Testing – Results in 20 minutes – $40 + HST
